Some Client feedback -

"I am 54.  I have a big job, a big life and a big ego. But for years I found myself getting angry with everyone and everything.  Nothing was my fault, everyone else was wrong and only I was right.  I suffered from depression and had deep dark low moods.  A friend pointed me towards Reach and Ruth.  It’s taken a long time.  I still have a big job, but I know how lucky I am to have it.  I have a big life, which is great!  I don’t have a big ego any more and that’s even better!  I still have low moods, but not as low.  Life is now full of things that happen that just....are.  They’re no-one’s fault.  No-one is to blame.  I respond to what happens and move on.  I am happier than I’ve ever been and want and need less “stuff”.  I have better relationships.  I enjoy people more.  Life is pretty damned good!  Reach is very hard work and seriously challenging.  But it works.  Life is better for doing it." Male client

"My experience of working with Ruth in her capacity as counsellor is one I would recommend without hesitation. Her reassuring and unconditional approach offers the client a space from which to experience the magical transformation towards positive change with appropriate guidance and skilled support." Female client

"I am well settled into Gambler's Anonymous and feeling very positive. Wanted to say it's really helped me seeing you and I wouldn't have been where I am with my recovery without you. Probably wouldn't have ever settled into Gambler's Anonymous. Think I have gone as far as I could with our counselling sessions. Will miss them though. Keep up the good work . Thankyou :)" Male client

"Reach has such a great ethos and brilliant ways of rethinking our lives for a better future, than I could ever have previously imagined." Female client
